Carb counting insanity is off the hook up in here. Why have you not started carb counting?!

Fellas, It Is Time To Commence Carb Counting

What is carb counting?

It is when people count the number of carbohydrates they ingest on a daily basis and whether they qualify as complex (good) or bad (bad) carbs. This helps them lead a healthier life, they think, because when you are carb counting you are constantly aware of your dietary decisions and the ramifications of everything that you are doing. It's not like a regular diet, shrouded in ambiguity.

Why don't more people engage in carb counting?

Because Americans are idiots. They are fat, lazy bastards who could not care less about carb counting because they simply believe it is their right to eat what they want, even to excess. Even as their bellies balloon and they resemble hippos. These people should take a long, hard look at themselves. Why wouldn't you try carb counting? If you were that fat, wouldn't it seem like the best option possible? One would think. But that would make too much sense in this day and age.

With carb counting tactics in effect, you'll be on top of things!

Yes you will. Because you will be tracking everything that you do from an eating point of view, carb counting will lead to a better you! Cheesy rhymes aside, you have to consider the fact that carbs are bad and slowly killing you with each meal. Okay that is a total lie, as you need some of them in order to give yourself vital energy and nutrition. Getting your carbs from the good sources, though, like brown rice and whole grain bread and pasta, is why you should listen up. It is why you should begin carb counting immediately. An opportunity like this is not to be passed up because you have got to think about your future. Why not do it a a healthier person?
