	<title>Carb Counts</title>
	<description>
Here is the "skinny" on carb counts...
Get it? Skinny? Because you want to lose weight and be thin again? Are you following the words that are flowing off this page? If so, you should, because at some point it will occur to you that carb counts are the way to get that weight off and keep it off. No carbs!

Okay so that is not the full story when it comes to such things. You have to think long and hard about the kinds of carbohydrates to ingest, rather than just cutting them out of your diet altogether. Be realistic here. When it comes to carb counts, it's not going to help you to be thin if you eat absolutely no carbs because that would not constitute a very healthy diet now would it. No it wouldn't. It is a lot better to begin counting the good carbohydrates versus the bad ones and decide how to balance out your meals so that you can be happy as well as healthy. Because let's face it here. You have to think long and hard about your meals. Whole grains and brown rice? Those are good carbs. You can keep them among your good carb counts. Fruits and veggies, too. These things can be good parts of a balanced diet and not the kinds of things you want to shun altogether. See, when it comes to carbohydrates, you cannot and should not think to yourself that they are all the same. Because they are not. Empty ones suck. Good ones are good for you as they promote overall physical health. Do not be deceived by the Atkins fiends out there. You are in control.

With you have the carb counts under control, there is no telling what you can do. Count on us to be there for you and to give you the links you need to explore and read more about the subject.
