No matter, we're still going to be talking to you. We want to let you know that there are good and bad things about the diet that you are currently involving yourself with, and we want to inform you as to what some of those things are. Are you ready to begin? No? Okay, we'll wait a second. Now? Okay, thanks friendly carbohydrate counter!

First of all.

We want you to understand that diets should ALWAYS be accompanied by exercise. If you do not follow this advice, you are not going to be doing what is perhaps the most crucial part of the process. After all, while dieting and being a carbohydrate counter may help you get thinner, it will not be enough to get your heart healthy. In fact, exercise is absolutely crucial if you are going to et yourself into tip-top shape. Furthermore, dieting alone will not help you lose weight as fast as it would if it were combined with a regular exercise regimen. Please remember this when planning how you are going to execute your super weight loss plan!

Next.

Remember, being a carbohydrate counter requires devotion. Still, it is imperative that you do not over do it. Count them if you like, but don't get fooled into thinking that they are the only way that you can get fit. If you go over your daily or weekly "limit," do not panic. Simply make up for it later, and don't worry about it and don't make up for it at all!

Follow our advice and be a happy carbohydrate counter!
