	<title>Carbohydrate Counting</title>
	<description>
With the aid of carbohydrate counting devices...
It's all gonna be so much easier. You can accomplish so much by carbohydrate counting, it's ridiculous. Amazing, really. You have a chance to cut down so much freaking weight! And by devices to count them we mean your brain. Seriously. Anyone who wastes money carbohydrate counting via some shiny technical device that doesn't do a damn thing is just asking for reasons to throw their cash away. There are charities and third world nations who would love to have it next time around, just so you know. Hey, we are not telling you what to do with the money you have but seriously, You can count carbs fine in your mind, can't you?

Think about it this way. If you are a hard working mom who is dead set on keeping those kids healthy, give each of your kids a set number of carbs they can eat in one day. Explain the good vs. the bad carbs and then start carbohydrate counting. Hard.

You have to crack down on them if they blow it, though.
Give them one warning, and a brief grace period until they know the rules. But then, forget it!
Do you want your kids to add to America's obesity problem? Didn't think so.
So if and when you happen to see Jimmy reaching for that white bread, you have to lay the smack down! No steak or bacon or eggs for a whole week. The punishment could be an all-carb diet, which will make them think twice about ignoring the basic and most fundamental carbohydrate counting rules.

Begin your carbohydrate counting right now with the help of advice from our panel of experts. Carve Out Carbs has put some really helpful pages together here on this site and we highly suggest you take a look at more of them today via our links!!!!
