	<title>Carbohydrate Diet</title>
	<description>

You hear a lot of people out there pushing their fancy low carb initiatives.
Is a low carbohydrate diet really the best move for you at this time? Or ever?
Read on to find out, as our analysts have taken a behind the scenes look.

Here is the thing about a low carbohydrate diet
You may not know it, but every piece of bread you eat is slowly killing you. Or at the very least making you fat. This is the kind of thing that all these low carb gurus try to beat into your brain so that you convince yourself a lower carbohydrate diet is the only thing standing between you and the cemetery. Or at least utter failure in life. Unless you take part in a low carbohydrate diet, you will be on the fast track to an unhealthy, fat future, my friend!

Then there are people on the other side. They tell you that you need a high carbohydrate diet in order to have energy to survive, and that exercise is the most important factor in any diet. You can cut out all the carbs you want, but at the end of the day, if you do not eat enough vital nutrients you will be emaciated and tired and your breath will reek and all that good stuff. So don't sign up for any sort of hackney low carbohydrate diet if you value your long term health!

The truth about a carbohydrate diet is somewhere in the middle
That is what we believe. Embarking on a no carbohydrate diet has its risks and will probably not be a lot of fun. Yet on the flip side there are carbs that are better than others. Cutting down on some of the bigger sources of empty "bad" carbs is a good move for just about anyone. So is eating enough to stay healthy and not throw your body completely off its track. So when you find a healthy balance you will be a very happy person.
