	<description>Sure, you've heard about them all over the news, in the magazines, at the water cooler, and on the radio, but what exactly does it mean to have a good carb diet?  Does it mean that your diet succeeds?  Does it mean that you only eat carbs that happen to taste good?  Or does it simply mean that you are eating what doctors and nutrition specialist seem to keep referring to as "good" carbs, as opposed to "bad" ones? Well, the answer is essentially the latter of those three choices.  The more you know and learn about the ways of the good carb diet, the more you can know about whether or not it is right for you, and the better equipped you can be when it comes to managing such a plan.

Eat healthy and feel great.

It's a pretty simple philosophy, isn't it?  If you do your part and follow a good carb diet, combined with regular exercise of course, you will soon be enjoying a better, healthier, and more fulfilling life.  It's not advanced geometry and it isn't rocket science, but it is a smart and sensible thing to do that can potentially increase your quality of life exponentially!  Follow a good carb diet and watch your body gradually transform from a flabby, mushy lump of fat to a tight, hard, well-chiseled fat burning machine!  Soon members of the opposite sex will be noticing you like they never have before.  And better yet, you will enjoy a level of confidence that is hundreds of times greater than what you had been previously experiencing.  Yes, it's true, a good carb diet can help accomplish all of these things and so much more!  Don't hold anything back and don't give up until you have achieved your goals.  Anything is possible when you put your mind (and body) to it!
