	<title>Low Carb Bread</title>
	<description>
... but we assure you that low carb bread exists for a reason!
People taking a good idea to the extreme and doing more harm than good. That's why low carb bread exists. Just kidding. Kind of. What you need to consider is that bread and pasta and other carbohydrates are an essential part of a balanced diet. All of these iffy diets online and on TV and the lazy ass people trying to lose weight without doing any real exercise would love to tell you different but it is just not the case. That magical low carb bread you see in the stores or that people talk about non-stop? It is not going to be the deal breaker in your ability to live healthier. Sure, it helps to eat certain kinds of bread, but let's be realistic here.

Instead of devoting yourself to low carb bread and thinking that's going to take you over the top, consider this...

When you eat bread as you normally would, but make it whole grain bread, you are giving your body a lot of vital things that it needs and building up your immune system, your digestive system, and your urinary tract. Deprive the body of carbs and you may give yourself problems in all of these areas. Which you do not want. At least we would not want that. For us or you.
You can get the carb intake you need from whole grain bread, brown rice, fruits and vegetables. None of which are bad for you and all of which contain the kind of complex carbs you need to be healthy, and that won't disrupt your diet.
Then you also have the energy needed for regular exercise. Get at least 30 minutes six days a week.
That's your deal-breaker!

So it's not all about the low carb bread. Be smart. Work hard. Peace.
