	<description>When dieting and working out, it is standard practice to carry a snack with you everywhere you go. In fact, you eat more, but less portions, as opposed to eating less times with greater portions. It's kinda like being a kid all over again. You get to snack and munch when you get hungry. The only difference is, you're interested in the low carb snack treat, which isn't as bad we think. Each low carb snack, of course, has its nutritional value, and depending on your taste, there are tons of different flavors out there. There is no reason for you to ever go without.

"My favorite low carb snack is this candy bar my friend introduced me to. It was a month ago and I was on my diet. I was hungry, but didn't want to eat junk food.
